Fun with Frannie Family Entertainment was established in 2004 by Jane Summitt, an artist, a clown, and best of all, a mom! Although Frannie the Clown has since retired, Miss Jane continues to delight children of all ages as the Face Painting Lady, the Balloon Lady, and the Tattoo Lady! Miss Jane is a professionally trained clown and artist, and has trained under some of the most prominent instructors of face, body, and balloon art, and is continually striving to perfect her art with education. Miss Jane and all of her professionally trained and insured entertainers are dedicated to creating fun, everlasting memories for all of Frannie's friends!
+Our Products+
We believe that children are precious and deserve to be treated with the up-most of care and concern! All of our face and body products are the highest quality, FDA compliant, and cosmetic grade. No matter who you hire as an artist for your event, never allow acrylic paint and craft glitter to be used on your child's delicate skin.
Our face paint is actually water-based, hypoallergenic make-up, so easily removed with soap and water or baby wipes. Any concerns regarding allergic reactions, please ask your artist for a "patch test", we'll be happy to do so!
Glitter tattoos are applied to the body (sorry, no faces) using a stencil, skin safe, non-latex adhesive, and cosmetic glitter, and will last about 2-5 days depending on placement and after care.
Airbrush tattoos are applied to the body (also, no faces) using an airbrush, a compressor, a stencil, and water-proof, alcohol based temporary tattoo ink, and will last about 5-7 days. Both glitter and airbrush tattoos may be removed easily with rubbing alcohol.
Our balloon artists are trained professionals and specialize in air-filled designs using high grade latex balloons made from natural rubber and are 100% biodegradeable. However, please be aware that latex may cause allergic reactions. Un-inflated or popped balloons pose a potential choking hazard, therefore we do not offer balloon designs to young or unsupervised children. To help protect the environment, we do not support the release of helium balloons into the atmosphere and encourage customers to join us in disposing of all balloon products responsibly.

The rates for entertainment for your event depend on entertainment choices and the number of guests in attendance. So please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your plans to determine a quote just for your special event.
+Booking Information+
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event's date on our calendar. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your entertainment and may be transferred to another date in the event of a change of plans, provided that the new date has availability. The balance due is payable on the day of your event.
For corporate or large events, multiple artists can be provided as needed.
A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.
Credit & debit cards accepted, and checks made payable to Fun with Frannie Family Entertainment.
A travel fee may apply to an event held beyond a 20 mile radius of Carmel, Indiana and is $1.00 per mile per artist over the 20 mile radius.
